On da choad again

Dear blog,

Today, me and mah choad went to the Austin Stone. It was sooo good, even mah choad liked it, and he's picky. It was all about marriage and how it's like temporary and the reason you should get married is to glorify God. I wrote this down on the program:

Be a blinking neon sign, all arrows point to heaven and graze God's perfect face with beams of life, lifting him higher and in doing so, lifting you with him.

Mah choad liked it. You don't have to like it, mah choad did.

And then earlier today, me and mah choad watched the Inauguration celebrationgasm they were having on the Hobo channel. Herbie Hancock and Sheryl Crow did not go well together, even mah choad was offended. You know how that little guy gets, all huffy and puffy. Oh well.

Choad me dat smile again

Mah choad feels super-dee-duper today. Today, mah choad and I went to the church and the sermon was pretty good. The pastor really connected to me and mah choad about spending more time in The Word and having quiet time with God. I know dat's like da main thesis of every sermon ever, but mah choad doesn't mind, he don't mind one bit. Last night, me and mah choad watched "Step Brothers". I didn't think it was very funny, but mah choad liked it a little better than I did. I suppose the humor of the show was more geared towards audiences like mah choad then regular folks like me. Not to say that mah choad isn't regular folks, he is. He's just a little different, a little more sensitive than others. It's a different world for him, but I'm thankful that mah choad is in mah life.

Bloggin' 'bout mah choad

Today I woke up and mah choad was painin' a little bit. I took a shower and scrubbed off all the dirt and it felt reeeeal good. I haven't given mah choad a nickname but I'm floatin' some around. I like Thaddeus or Tyrell, maybe even Jerome. I went for a drive out in my car but the ride's so smooth mah choad didn't feel a thing. I thought about lettin' mah choad turn the gear stick but I thought best to keep him at bay. Mah choad looked like it needed a haircut, so we went to the barber shop in the town square. The barber was a nice fella, makin' small talk with mah choad about the weather and the football teams. I don't care for sports that much but mah choad loves 'em. Then after that me and mah choad went back home and watched a movie and went to sleep. It was a good day for mah choad.
